Saturday. Saturday. My da jie is back from South America today and she bought loads of great stuff for me and my siblings. Yeahh! The best thing is that, she bought chocolates! Okay, so when i opened the box, she told me that there was one chocolate that contained liquor(real ones). Me and my younger sister were snatching to have that piece of chocolate, and then we decided to share. We were thinking of who should take the first bite because my da jie said that ones you bite on the chocolate, all the liquor will just squirt out. Haha. So my brave younger sister decided to do it. She bite on it and it went "SQUIRT!". Then i popped the remaining half into my mouth. The feeling so really bad because i didn't quite expect the chocolate to be hot coz of the liquor. It was bitter and.. eew. So i was there frowning as i masticated the chocolate. Then i realised there was a cherry in the chocolate. I have alwats disliked cherry, and now i hate it more when i had it with the liquor containing chocolate. I bit on the cherry and it went "SQUISH". More bitter feeling started to spread across my tongue and into my taste buds. It made me frown even more! Then, i started to tear and the urge to spit the chocolate out was just unbearable! The cherry tasted badly weird. So i finally ran to the kitchen to spit the piece of half-masticated cherry out and then downed truckloads of water! The hot hot feeling was still lingering in my mouth even after drinking so much water. hahaha. It was a really bad experience for me luh! But it was butt slapping fun to taste chocolates from the other side of the world! =D |
